OVERVIEW

We provide comprehensive management and maintenance services for traffic control systems, highway systems and passenger information systems. Through remote monitoring, preventive maintenance, centralized fault handling and data-driven optimization, we ensure high availability, reliability and long service life of mobility infrastructure. As a partner in the Talking Traffic innovation program, we are also involved in intelligent traffic control installations (iVRIs) that improve traffic safety, flow and accessibility.

Remote Monitoring & Preventive Maintenance

We remotely monitor systems and perform periodic preventive maintenance on site. Potential problems are detected early through inspections, measurements and system analyses to prevent failures and extend system lifespan.

Centralized Fault Handling

Malfunctions are handled via our Central Service Desk in accordance with Service Level Agreements. Faults are diagnosed remotely where possible and resolved quickly either remotely or on-site.

Data-Driven Optimization & Reporting

Through our customer portal and remote management applications, failures can be reported online and monitored in real time. We use collected data for trend analyses, predictive maintenance and periodic reporting, including NEN2767-based quality reports wh

Proactive Monitoring

We continuously monitor traffic control, highway and passenger information systems. Problems are simulated in test environments and solutions are applied across installations to prevent recurring failures.

One Central Service Desk

All faults and service requests are coordinated via our Central Service Desk. Work orders, planning and technician dispatch are centrally managed to ensure fast and efficient resolution.

End-to-End System Responsibility

The challenge

Modern mobility infrastructure — including intelligent traffic control installations (iVRIs), highway systems and dynamic passenger information systems — requires continuous monitoring, preventive maintenance and rapid fault handling. Increasing system complexity, real-time communication and high availability requirements demand professional lifecycle management.

 

Our service

We remotely maintain and monitor systems and perform periodic preventive maintenance on site. Maintenance intervals and checkpoints are determined in consultation with our customers. Through remote diagnostics and on-site inspections, we detect wear, damage and irregularities early to prevent failures.

If malfunctions occur, breakdown follow-up is scheduled via our Central Service Desk according to the agreed Service Level Agreement. Faults are analyzed remotely and resolved either remotely or on-site to minimize turnaround time.

Through our customer portal, failures can be reported online and progress can be viewed at any time. We use portal data for trend analyses and predictive maintenance. For passenger information systems, we maintain data distribution servers, hardware and secure communication to information boards. Remote management applications independently detect and report faults while tracking system availability and generating periodic reports.
